The goal in product photography is to produce pictures that are a true
representation of an item, while making it look its best. The right
lighting is key to reaching this goal, and ALZO offers different kits for
different size objects. |

1. A digital
camera
2. Studio lights
3. A photo tent
The lights
illuminate the object while the tent acts as a diffuser, reducing glare.
Light intensity and tent size depend on the object's size:
For
small objects such as
jewelry,
coins, stamps,
watches, CDs, DVDs, books, cards, glassware, small electronics, our
table top studio kits accommodate objects from 1/2" to 40". The kits
include ALZO
cool
or
hot lights that illuminate the object in the tent from the side or
from above (overhead illumination). Our
tent application guide gives detailed instructions on how to set up
tent and lights, and on what camera settings to use.
ALZO
Complete Continuous Studio Kits accommodate objects between the
size of 1' to 6', such as appliances, toys, appeal, sporting goods, home
furnishings. The kits include the
ALZO 600 "Cool Lite", an energy-efficient light with flicker-free
fluorescent light bulbs,
light
stands, and a
background support for
photo backgrounds. A background is an easy to install accessory that
adds variety in product photography.
For large objects, including furniture,
cars, boats, interiors, the
ALZO 2000 Continuous Cool Lite provides the intensity that is
needed to illuminate objects of that size. This light combines high output
(2400 watts) with low power consumption (440 watts with all 3 bulbs on)
and a long bulb life (60-100 hrs). The intensity can be selected at 3
levels, but even at full output, the heat generated by the light remains
low.
