Describe Yourself: Hobbyist/Enthusiast
Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I had a Promaster flash bracket and this
one far and away surpasses it. Though simple in design, it's hard for me to
imagine why so few others don't use a similar design to position a flash in
portrait orientation without contorsion on the part of the shooter.
Very sturdy and well designed and engineered.
Biggest drawback is minor, it weighs a great deal when you spend a whole day
lugging it around at a wedding with a camera body and flash unit. This is
truly not a big problem. - Leroy, bhphotovideo.com.
