Our Monopod is a durable ALL METAL aluminum alloy collapsible 3 section monopod designed for "run 'n' gun" event photography. It is very sturdy, compact, and features a 1/4" x 20 camera mount screw with a retractable  3/8" x 16 threaded sleeve as well. The 3/8" x 20 thread allows for the attachment of a Ball Head making this monopod very versatile.

A monopod provides near equivalent stability as a tripod, It is faster to set up and is much easier to maneuver.

In this demonstration of the ALZO Monopod the camera was steadied because the shutter speed was set to between 1/15 to 1/30 Second. The photographer selected a "slow shutter speed to capture as much available light as possible with the flash set -2 f-stops and ceiling bounced as a fill. This "fill flash" technique produces more natural photographs compared to when the flash dominates the available light.

Here we demonstrate the ALZO Monopod  supporting the ALZO Flip Flash® Bracket with the flash ceiling bounced as fill light.
