Our sensitive optical hot shoe slave trigger will provide wireless triggering of a battery powered manual or AUTO flash or speedlight. This device is typically used in multi-flash speedlight arrangements as many speedlights do not have a "built in" slave function.

This optical hot shoe slave trigger can allow for operation of 2 flash units (1 wired, 1 slave) on our Flip Flash Brackets.

A standard shoe mount on the bottom of the optical hot shoe slave allows for using this device with our Flip Flash Bracket or any shoe mount device. This compact optical hot shoe slave trigger adaptor includes a 1/4 x 20 female screw thread on the bottom that allows for mounting on a light stand or a tripod.

This is a very sensitive trigger and works best in a small to medium sized room. Using this trigger outdoors requires line of sight orientation. To assure reliable flash triggering we recommend an ALZO radio wireless flash trigger solution.

This unit is compatible with most modern TTL portable flash speedlight units. Please note not all speedlights allow for optical slave triggering. Check with the manufacturer of your flash for compatibility.
