If you are not totally
satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund
(exclusive of shipping costs) within 30 days of purchase date. All refunds
exclude shipping charges and are based on the following Product Return
Policy.

WARRANTY
All products sold by Akces
Media LLC with the exception of cameras, lenses, bulbs and software are
warranted to be as advertised and free of manufacturing or material defects
for a period of 12 months after the date of purchase. Cameras, lenses, and
software are warranted by the manufacturer, and customers are required to
contact the manufacturer for any warranty service needs.
In NO event shall Akces Media
be liable for special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages,
including, without limitation, damage to other property caused by the use of
or defect in any products sold by Akces Media LLC.

WARRANTY SERVICE PARTS
All product warranty service
parts issued to customers are shipped via UPS Ground service or US Postal
service at the sole election of Akces Media LLC. If a customer requires
"express" shipping of warranty service parts, the customer will be
responsible for shipping cost in excess of UPS ground shipping.

You must
contact us prior to all product returns.
The cost of product return
shipping is always the responsibility of the buyer.
To qualify for a refund,
ALL items must be returned in their original condition, including
the original packaging, containers, documentation, warranty cards, manuals,
and ALL accessories.
Do not mark or deface original
manufacturer containers in any manner. We will not accept returns and pay
refunds if the product shows signs of ware and the packaging is not in its
original condition.
