ALZO 600 ASSEMBLY & USER GUIDE

Included in a single ALZO 600 "Cool Lite" kit::

• 1 - Light Chassis
• 4 - Reflectors
• 4 - 5500K daylight compact fluorescent bulbs - 45 WATTs each
• 1 - Power Cord
• 1 - Mounting Bracket (attached to chassis)
• 1 - ALZO Aluminum Light Stand ? 10? max. height
• 1 - Fabric diffuser (removable/optional)

After the reflectors are inserted in the chassis the light should be placed on a light stand with legs in a fully open stable position. Tighten the light stand tripod base wing screw securely. The height of the stand should be adjusted to a shoulder height or lower position.

The light head should be mounted on the light stand by inserting the stand mount into the mounting bracket as shown on the right. Tighten the wing nut screw on the mounting bracket to secure the light to the stand.

The tilt adjustment is controlled by slowly turning the two side wing screws counterclockwise to loosen while holding the top of the light to prevent it from falling. Rotate the light head while holding the top of the fixture and then tighten one of the wing screws clockwise to lock the tilt of the light.  Then tighten the other wing screw.

Substituting other bulbs may void the warranty.

Intensity Adjustment ?

The four bulbs in the ALZO 600 can be controlled independently.

Optional Diffuser ?

To soften shadows and insure proper disbursement of light from the ALZO 600, place the enclosed optional diffuser over the reflectors. To install the diffuser match the corners of the diffuser with the corners created by the reflectors and stretch the diffuser over the reflectors.

Optional Umbrella ?

To install umbrella: 1) remove all 4 reflectors  2) open the umbrella  3) place center pole through hole in center of light chassis 4) turn light head around. The light head must be at least four feet from subject to optimize the light from the umbrella.
