I had questions before the order, I order an out-of-stock item, and I had an item damaged in shipping. Every way you could test a customer service department was tested. Joseph was a pro. Handled everything promptly and to my satisfaction.

Pros: n/a If I had a problem I was fixed quick!!

Cons: I wish they folded up a bit smaller, like the similar (but more expensive) Lastolite product

Best Uses: great for those just starting out in this field.

All my orders were on time, customer services were nice to work with (joseph) # 10 rating. The products I ordered soft box light kit, wireless remote control works great the tripod w/ballhead is well made, my softbox light kit with flash trigger and receiver gives you endless possible lighting answers to have anywhere you need wireless lighting. I can not say enough good things about this company, plus free shipping over $100.00 is great.

The softboxes are well made and durable. I've found them to be a great size for the use with portable flashes. Just what I was looking for.
