I bought 3 rolls of 107" x 36' photo background paper, from ALZO Digital. Two of the three rolls arrived unblemished, and customer service/support would not rest, until I got my third roll, in perfect condition.

The shipping company I selected was not as careful, with one of the rolls, as they should have been. Joseph K. and James insisted that they would make it right, and they did. I am not used to good, hassle-free customer service and I look forward, to doing business, with ALZO Digital again.

Pros: Affordability, portability, storage.

Cons: prone to marring and staining, expendable.

Affordable alternative to an otherwise expensive acrylic or laminate seamless background required for professional product photography applications. Ordered white and black both of which are essential for DSLR white balance.

Pros: A good buy for the price

Cons: I could use a paper that does tear and does not fade as soon

Best Uses: I photograph my own 3-d artwork and use this rolled paper for a simple background

This paper quality is a standard commodity. I could have purchased the same thing in a store about 40 miles away. However, I ordered it from Alzo because you had a lower price, because shipping was free with three rolls, and because it saved me 80 miles of driving. I got three rolls for about the same cost as two roles would have been from at our brick and mortar store. Your packing and shipping was okay.

Cons: Maybe I should have ordered the wider option, but this was good.
